TREATY OF MUTUAL RECOGNITION
BETWEEN THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF MORIEL AND THE SENATORIAL REPUBLIC OF TRITREA
Desiring to contribute to international peace, respect for international conventions and cooperation, they signed this Mutual Recognition Treaty on 13 July 2018, which includes the following clauses:
Article 1. Both Contracting Parties recognise themselves as independent and sovereign entities, with their own legitimately obtained institutions and territories.
Article 2. Both Contracting Parties undertake to deepen their bilateral relations in order to facilitate diplomacy, transit and relations between their citizens, in accordance with international conventions and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Article 3. In the event of a conflict of any kind between citizens of the Contracting Parties or their institutions, the Contracting Parties shall resolve it peacefully through dialogue and a specific arbitration commission.
Article 4. Both Contracting Parties shall, as a sign of goodwill, make public the signature of this Treaty and make the flag and the link to the official website of the other Contracting Party available on their official websites.
Article 5. This Treaty shall be in force indefinitely and shall remain in force for an indefinite period, except if, due to force majeure, chronic inactivity of more than six consecutive months, or the disappearance of one of the Contracting Parties, it should be cancelled, and the other Party shall be notified within a period of not less than 48 hours.
